Where’s my order?
The Boston Tea Company will automatically send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your online order with us. A customer service representative will contact you within two days after your order is placed, notifying that your order has been shipped. All orders are assigned a tracking number so you may easily follow your order in transit.

When will it arrive?
We use Federal Express ground shipping as our standard method of mailing orders. Depending on your location, arrival times may vary on each order. Within the continental United States, orders take about 2-10 days to deliver. To expedite your order, we offer overnight or 2nd day air shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated into your order total. Orders totaling $100 or more receive free shipping in the contiguous U.S.
 
Can I ship to more than one address?
Yes. If you choose to ship Boston Tea Company’s gifts to friends or family, you may place the order and choose which products are to be delivered to that individual. You may add a shipping address to your account at anytime. Before you check out, you will be prompted with a window showing your shipping address and an option to “add new address.”
 
Are Boston Tea Company products available in stores?
