RETURNS POLICY


We expect you will enjoy the Boston Tea Company’s teas and gifts. If you are unhappy with a product or, you receive an incorrect order, please contact our customer service at 1-800-495-90526 or email: customerservice@bostontea.com 
 
A Boston Tea Company Customer Service will be happy to send you a return form for your order, along with a return shipping label. The return form must be completed in it's entirety in order for you to receive a credit. (It is our policy to refund you only for the items being returned, you will not be refunded for the shipping charge.) 
 
Once you have filled out the form, a Boston Tea Company representative will contact you within 48 hours, Monday-Friday (except holidays), to verify the reason for your return and to assign an authorization number. This is necessary for processing the return and helps ensure that we resolve your needs quickly and correctly.
