Continental U.S.: When you order is shipped FedEx SmartPost please allow 2 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. When your order is shipped US Postal Service Priorty Mail please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered.
Hawaii and Alaska: Orders for these states will be sent FedEx SmartPost, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, and US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you choose ground shipping, your order should arrive within 10-12 days of placing your order. If you choose US Postal Service Priority Mail your order should arrive within 3-6 business days.
Canada and Puerto Rico: All orders to Canada and Puerto Rico will be shipped using the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.
International: For customers outside the U.S. and Canada rates will change according to the weight of the items purchased and dependant on to which country it is being shipped. Please call customer service at 1-800-495-9026 for more information.
Priority shipping: To expedite delivery time, there is an Express Shipping option available to you at checkout.
US Postal Service: The Boston Tea Company will automatically ship US Postal Service Priority Mail to any PO Box and APO/DPO addresses. Your credit card will be charged accordingly with the balance that is due when your order ships.
Orders: The Boston Tea Company processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. If the Boston Tea Company office are closed for a holiday this will be noted at the bottom of your order confirmation email, along with an approximate date of when you order will ship. An order can take up to two business days to process, depending on when it is placed. (Ex. If you place an order on Friday, the soonest your order could be ready to ship is Monday afternoon.)
